» Was born, raised and currently partially lives in Southern California.
» His family lineage is Greek and Welsh. He has family who live in Wales, an aunt, and a couple of cousins. He's been there a couple of times and easily adapts to the Welsh accent, it's quite funny. When he talks normally, you can tell his from southern California - with the lingo he uses, the way he talks, etc. But the Welsh thing is mostly if he's around the accent/hears it from talking to his aunt. He adapts to accents in general very easily, and he doesn't even realize he's doing it. Which is the most humorous part about it.
» Is, by far, one of the most random people you'll ever meet in your entire life. Test it.
» Has known Adrien Raton since grade school but has been best friends with him since middle school. They're thick as thieves and no matter how much shit they give each other, Matt wouldn't ever consider anyone else in a higher esteem than his "twinky homo" as his best friend.
» Graduated from Del Rey Cont Senior High School in 2005. He and Adrien have graduation stories for the ages that would make your mother blush. The term 'rowdy' was coined for those fuckers. Bottom line.
» Matt just finished college last year. Surprise surprise. He majored in Music Production and Engineering major at USC Thornton School of Music in Los Angeles. Originally, Matt did it because he wanted to be a producer, but he also found a love in performing as well.
» Matt's been in four bands in his life. One band he was in, with his best friend Adri, called Watch The City Sleep, was one of his longest term band. They wrote a lot of music together, and ultimately it would benefit Matt in the longer run. Matt's currently in a band called Razor Rebellion which has made it big in the LA Underground. They're a premiere attraction in Los Angeles and they've toured from the success and following they've received from that and word of mouth. They're signed to Broken Halo Records and have one album out, Fake Sound Of Progress, which was released on cdbaby.com, itunes and in hot topic stores everywhere 4/27/10.
» Because of that fame in LA, Matt jokingly gets called the "King Of Hollywood" from a lot of his friends as a rib. He takes it in stride. He doesn't actually take that as a matter of ego.
» Razor Rebellion has been picked up by the media as of late, being an opening act for November Dream on their U.S "Wake Up" tour starting in June, touring with Deth's Requiem In April/Early May, as well as performing at Summerfest 2010 with 30+ huge entertainers/bands in May '10.
» Aside from being a skilled vocalist, Matt's particularly good when it comes to the drums, also. He mainly sticks to song writing, singing, and the production side of his music, though. He produces all his own music. He's been dibbling with the acoustic guitar, having learned the basics from Adri, but he still prefers the drums to the guitar. He just likes beating things.
» Is a very chilled individual. He hates conflict but if it comes to it? He'll tell a person to fuck off without any hesitation. He's a chilled and rather zen sort of person but he won't let anyone start their shit with him or his friends or family. Matt doesn't have some super temper, like Adrien, but he has enough of a temper to floor a person trying to start shit.
» With that bit of a temper though? Matt has a pretty strong jealous streak. It's why his relationships don't last, because when someone gives him a reason to be jealous, or something sparks that jealousy, he's quick at the mouth - not so much at the thought process, so to speak. And often says stupid shit. He's also really quick to break up with someone after fights if he doesn't feel it's worth mending. He's had so many short-term girlfriends, but never any long term, because nobody can put up with him and/or put him in his place where need be.
» His look is pretty alternative, he has tattoos and piercings and he plans on getting more. His hair usually changes, here and there, changes the color/styling often so it's fun to try to keep up with him.
» It seems like most of Adri's friends know Matt since they've met Matt. Matt's always up for meeting new people and whenever Adri brought new folks to chill in Los Angeles, Matt was the first to be down to hang. Matt likes all of Adri's homies so far, especially his wife Rizzo and his boss Tyler. But the more he meets the more he digs.
» He absolutely hates being called Matthew. Very few people can actually get away with calling him by that. He doesn't say shit when his mother calls him "Matthew", or if it's under serious circumstance, but normally he just doesn't like it. Normally only his parents are allowed to call him that without any sort of glare or smart comment back.
» He likes animals. Not like a freak over them or anything but he does love them. He's a big fan of cats but he loves dogs too. He used to own a python, which recently died, and almost gave Tyler a heart attack AMA weekend. To this day, Matt still cracks up laughing whenever snakes and Tyler are mentioned in the same sentence.
» Let it be noted, Matt laughs at the WORST shit possible. All the time.
» Huge prankster. Loves messing around and pulling gags on his friends. Although he does know when to play it cool and chill out. He's over all a really fun-spirited sort of person who doesn't like being constricted or told what to do.
» Is pretty much an atheist. Doesn't really buy into the whole 'religion' thing.
» Loves contact sports and working out. Big fan of wrestling and UFC. He often goes to wrestling events whenever he can, big or small, doesn't matter to him. He just loves watching great athletes mix it up in the ring. He plans on dragging Adri to a few more shows than he already has. It's sort of his ~thing~.
» Agreed to house sit for Adrien and Tyler while they tour Europe in March. While house sitting and getting used to Pennsylvania, he really started to like it, despite saying that he wasn't moving out there after lots of persistence. He agreed to finally move out to West Chester and has an apartment now in town. He also still has his apartment in Los Angeles, as well.
» He's allergic to oranges/orange juice and is lactose intolerant to a pretty bad extent. As far as his general eating habits, he'll eat anything once as long as it won't put him in intensive care. He likes McDonald's, Del Taco and In-N-Out more than any one human being should.
» Because of his generally lousy eating schedule? He works out a lot.
» Is a true definition open book and will talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime about anything.
